Send an email to the address below. We read every message and reply as soon as we can. There is no in-app chat or phone support.
Please include
- What you were doing, what happened, and what you expected
- Your device and OS version (for example iPhone 16, iOS 18)
- The Kotoba version, if you know it (Settings)
- Screenshots if they help explain the issue
